Kyloy on your phone
A tour of the Kyloy Business app.
The Kyloy Business app is for serving at the counter. You sign in with the same email and password as on the computer. At the bottom it has four tabs:
- Home: the big “Scan QR” button, the “Manage” menu and a summary of the month.
- Scan/Search: read the customer’s QR or look them up by phone. This is also where you sign up customers with +.
- History: points given and rewards redeemed.
- Settings: your account and your business’s.
Under Home → Manage you find the rest: “Rewards”, “Pickup orders”, “Appointments”, “Digital menu” and “Branches”. Each one works if your plan includes it.
The app has no sign-up: accounts are created at business.kyloy.com. Your plan and payments are also handled from the computer.
