    Automatic messages

    From plan Pro

Kyloy writes to your customers on its own: their reward is ready, “we miss you” and their birthday.

You don’t have to write anything: they go out under your business name. You see them and turn them off at the bottom of “Notifications”, under “Automatic messages”.

    • After every purchase: in the app, how far they are from their reward (“Stamp 7 of 10, 3 to go”) or that they already have one. Always on.
    • Their reward is waiting: they can already afford one and haven’t been back in 2 weeks. At most once a month.
    • We miss you: they used to come often and now take more than twice as long. At most once every 3 months. They are the same people you see in “Insights” as customers who are drifting away.
    • Birthday: on their birthday, if they bought from you in the last year and shared the date.

Each message goes out on one channel only, the first the customer has: the app, their email, your Wallet card and, last, SMS if you have it enabled (it counts toward your monthly cap). They go out at 11 a.m. and never to anyone who opted out of your promotions.

From Pro, with a verified business. They come turned on: switch them off if you don’t want them.
