Stamps and attendance

They count visits, not money. The classic “tenth one free” card.

Each visit adds a stamp, at most one per day. When the customer collects the number you set — 10, say — they complete a cycle, and a cycle is redeemed for a reward.

1In the left-hand menu open “Attendance”.
2In “Attendance System Settings”, enter in “Required Attendances” how many visits make a cycle (5 to 15).
3Leave “System active” on and press “Save Settings”.
4Go to “Rewards” and give the reward you want to offer a “Cycle price”, for example 1 cycle = a free coffee.

Attendance: visits required per cycle and each customer’s progress

The stamp is added on its own when you press “Register visit”. To redeem a cycle: in the app, on the customer screen, press “Redeem cycle”. On a computer, in “Attendance” → “Attendance Progress” find the customer, choose the reward in “Active reward” and press “Redeem”.

Available on every plan. Points and stamps do not compete: you can use both at once.
