    Pickup orders

    From plan Ultimate

    The customer orders from their phone and picks up without queueing.

    Your customers order from your digital menu, so first you need products in “Digital Menu”.

    1. 1Turn it on. Open “Settings”, scroll to “Business Category & Modules”, turn on “Pickup / Pre-order” and press “Guardar Cambios” (Save Changes). “Pickup Orders” appears in the menu.
    2. 2When an order comes in, it shows under “In progress” as “To accept”. Type how many minutes it will take in “Ready in (min)” and press “Confirm order”. If you cannot, “Reject”.
    3. 3When it is ready, press “Mark as ready”.
    4. 4When you hand it over, press “Handed over”. That is when the order’s points are added.
    This is where pickup orders, appointments and memberships are turned on.

    If you drop to a plan without pickup, it turns off by itself and your profile stops showing the cart, so nobody places an order that cannot go through.
